Free Mexico Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders.
Processing Time
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days.
Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
If you place an order outside of México, your order might be eligible for customs, taxes, and duties which you agree to purchase from Shopify as merchant of records. Type of Vibe is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.
After a package is shipped, we are unable to make changes to its delivery address.
Type of Vibe is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged/lost packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns & Exchanges
-We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received the products of your purchase.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
SHOES
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
SWIMWEAR
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
* All returns are subject to inspection. Items with obvious signs of wear, washing or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. In this case, customer must pay the shipping expense.
- Return process:
To start the return process, the buyer must contact our customer service by e-mail to customerservice@typeofvibe.com, by providing the order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.
If the change is made for preference reasons, such as change of color, wrong size, or a different item, $100 MXN will be charged to you for using the return/exchange service.
*You cannot exchange an item that has already been exchanged.
- Warranty & Damaged Items
-If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service by e-mail to customerservice@typeofvibe.com, by providing the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos.
-Type of Vibe will provide the return waybill for the product that is the subject of the quality claim and will assume the shipping costs related to our partner carrier.
In case of Women Swimwear, please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
*No refunds will be accepted for items with obvious signs of misuse or showing wear and tear or alteration due to misuse. In this case, items will be returned to the buyer and the customer will cover the shipping expense.
- Refunds
The amount refunded will be equivalent to the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or discounts, and $5 Usd will be deducted from your refund for using the return service.
Returns do take us 5-7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email

Refunds for returned items will be issued in the form of store credit.
The amount refunded will be equivalent to the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or discounts, and a return fee of approximately $100 MXN will be deducted from your refund for using the return service. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
Please allow at least 5-7 business days from when your return is delivered to our returns center for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges for orders outside México at this time.
